Vermont Trail and yoga Retreat

Kundalini yoga and meditation, hiking, healing and renewal in the northeast Kingdom of Vermont
Join us in the beautiful outdoors of Northern Vermont for a rugged 5 day hiking and yoga retreat. The alchemy of nature and yoga naturally brings grounding and discipline to our body, mind and self. Each day will include early morning sadhana, Kundalini Yoga and meditation, hiking, camping, relaxation, and cooking in nature.
Previous hiking experience helpful. Each participant will need to provide their own backpack and gear. A gear list will be provided upon registration. Nourishing and cleansing food included in cost. Nightly camping in rugged cabin with no electricity. Option for outdoor tenting on Lake Willoughby.
Where: Rugged camp lodging on a wild pond (Wheeler Pond) in a secluded natural preserve in Barton, Vermont. This cabin has no electricity or running water. There is an outhouse and wooden bunks for sleeping, and a wood stove for warmth. Hiking trails right from the cabin. We will also hike in Willoughby State Forest in Westmore, Vermont. Hiking will be moderate, climbing mountains no more than 3000 feet. We will also spend time enjoying the glacial waters of Lake Willoughby, options to rent boats and paddle boards.

What to Bring: Your own water, snacks, dish, bowl, utensils, cups and tea cup, sleeping cushion and bag, pillow, battery light, layers for warmth, rain gear, notebook or journal, yoga mat and meditation cushion, small backpack for hiking. All meals will be provided.
Sukhpran Kaur is a KRI certified E-RYT 500 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, and certified Sat Nam Rasayan healer. She has organized and led group retreats for over 15 years.
